The related information will be processed by GMS Management Solutions, S.L., a company domiciled at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 1, Torre Picasso, 28020, Madrid, Spain, with CIF number B-83509307, and telephone number +34 91 1830800 (hereinafter "MS"), in order for the Firm, whose parent company is MS, to manage the breach or misconduct on the basis of a legitimate interest. Such data must be processed within two months from the end of the investigation, after which time the data will be blocked. In order to carry out the appropriate investigations, the Firm may transfer the related data to the necessary persons (project team) or departments (HR, SSGG, Administration, Technology, Marketing, etc.). Only if legal action is required may the data be transferred to our Legal Advisors.
