Any reports of misconduct in relation to the Firm are independently and objectively dealt with by the Firm's Global QA Manager (external professional) with the support of our Compliance function, making sure the identity and nature of the reported breach are protected, and ensuring that there is no retaliation for good faith reporters. Management Solutions has external certifications that guarantee compliance with the security/protection measures required by current regulations.

The investigation is most effective if you disclose who you are, so we encourage you to identify yourself. As mentioned above, the fact that a strict process is followed, that the issue is dealt with externally by a Global QA Manager, and that the whole process is certified annually by a third-party, means that your identity will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring there is no retaliation for bona fide reporters.

The related information will be processed by GMS Management Solutions, S.L., a company domiciled at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 1, Torre Picasso, 28020, Madrid, Spain, with CIF number B-83509307, and telephone number +34 91 1830800 (hereinafter "MS"), in order for the Firm, whose parent company is MS, to manage the breach or misconduct on the basis of a legitimate interest. Such data must be processed within two months from the end of the investigation, after which time the data will be blocked. In order to carry out the appropriate investigations, the Firm may transfer the related data to the necessary persons (project team) or departments (HR, SSGG, Administration, Technology, Marketing, etc.). Only if legal action is required may the data be transferred to our Legal Advisors. Your personal data may also be accessed by the Global QA organization, the company to which the management of the complaint procedure has been outsourced. Given the structure of the Group, your data may be transferred to Group companies located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") for the relevant actions to be managed within the framework of the internal investigation procedure. These transfers would be made on the basis of the Firm signing with such companies located outside the EEA standard contractual clauses on data protection adopted by the European Commission specifically for international transfers. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, restriction on processing, opposition and portability, as explained in our privacy policy, by sending an e-mail to privacy@managementsolutions.com.
